• I built my foundation in strategic planning at Accenture, learning how to analyze business models and project lifecycles, working across Government departments on process improvements.

• At The King’s Trust, I started on the front line coaching thousands of young people to write business plans, before moving into head office to direct the National Enterprise Program, manage government contracts, and oversee multi-million-pound budgets.

• As a fractional Director of Operations for a SaaS startup, I take charge of business planning, financial forecasting, and critical risk and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001.

• I back up this hands-on experience as a qualified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to ensure every process I build is as efficient as possible.

Over the last 18 years, I have worked across the entire small business and SME gamut. My portfolio spans from leadership development training companies and beauty membership sites to biomass boiler manufacturers and Blue Mountain coffee importers. I know exactly how to adapt corporate-level strategy to fit the agility of small teams.

When I am not mapping out timelines or digging into financial forecasts, you can usually find me listening to country music, eating spicy food, or out on the court playing Korfball.
